Terms & Conditions

(effective 08 March 2026 – replaces all prior versions)


1. Parties

Provider: Raising Confident Adults Ltd, 30 Circus Mews, Bath BA1 2PW, UK.
Parent/Guardian (“Parent”, “you”): the purchaser of a Programme for yourself and/or your co-parent and/or a Teen Participant aged 14-18.
Teen Participant (“Participant”): an end-user of the coaching content purchased by you who is aged 14-18.


2. Programme types (generic descriptions)

Category Typical format Examples
Short-form group coaching Up to 16 weeks of live or virtual sessions, worksheets, online community. 8- or 12-week confidence courses.
Extended group or hybrid coaching Programmes exceeding 16 weeks and/or incorporating optional in-person workshops. Annual coaching club, quarterly workshops.
Individual mentoring One-to-one sessions virtually or in person, plus access to group resources.  
Digital-only or replay courses Pre-recorded videos, audio and PDFs with no live component.  

Specific session dates, length, and fees are as shown on the relevant checkout page at the time of purchase.


3. Payment & billing

3.1 Payment is due in full by bank transfer at booking or, if online booking is available, at checkout or in the instalment schedule offered on the checkout page (e.g., 3-pay, monthly, bi-monthly).
3.2 First instalment is charged immediately; remaining instalments auto-charge on the stated dates.
3.3 Failed payments may pause access until resolved.


4. 14-day satisfaction guarantee

4.1 You may cancel any live or hybrid Programme within 14 days of the Programme start date (not purchase date) by emailing [email protected]. RCA will refund all sums paid and cancel remaining instalments; access to materials will cease.
4.2 Digital-only / replay purchases are non-refundable once content is accessed or downloaded.


5. Delivery & access

5.1 Live sessions are delivered online (currently Zoom) unless otherwise stated. Optional in-person elements may be offered; travel and meals are Parent’s responsibility.
5.2 Replays and resources are provided via a secure download link or streaming folder. You are advised to download copies for personal reference; RCA does not guarantee hosting for a fixed period.
5.3 RCA may reasonably adjust session times, or delivery platform with notice.


6. Code of Conduct & safeguarding

6.1 Participants (and Parents in parent groups) must behave respectfully; harassment, abuse, or disruption breaches the CSA Code of Conduct (provided at onboarding for digital acceptance).
6.2 RCA may terminate access, without refund, for serious or repeated breach by Participant or Parent.
6.3 All CSA coaches hold current UK Enhanced DBS checks; safeguarding concerns are handled per RCA Safeguarding Policy (available on request).


7. Sharing with co-parent / household

7.1 For some programmes, when specified, one additional co-parent/guardian may access parent resources at no extra cost. Please supply their name and email so we can issue separate log-ins and consent forms.
7.2 Materials may be shared only within the Participant’s immediate parental circle and not with other families.


8. Intellectual property

8.1 All CSA materials remain © Raising Confident Adults Ltd.
8.2 You receive a personal, non-transferable licence for household use (incl. co-parent). Resale, redistribution, or posting in public forums is prohibited.


9. Session recordings & promotional use

9.1 Live sessions are recorded and shared within the cohort.
9.2 Excerpts may be used for future CSA programmes or marketing only with explicit written permission from the Parent. All identifiable content will be blurred, masked, or anonymised unless specific consent is given.


10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

10.1 CSA provides educational coaching, not therapy. Seek professional help if your child needs clinical support.
10.2 Results vary; RCA makes no guarantees of exam grades or specific outcomes.
10.3 RCA’s liability for any claim in connection with a Programme shall not exceed the fees you have paid in the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.


11. Termination & refunds outside guarantee

11.1 RCA may cancel a Programme for reasons outside our control; you will receive a pro-rata refund.
11.2 RCA may terminate access without refund for material breach of the Code of Conduct by either Participant or Parent.


12. Data protection & marketing

12.1 Personal data is processed under the RCA Privacy & Cookie Policy.
12.2 By enrolling you consent to service emails. Marketing emails require your opt-in and may be unsubscribed at any time.


13. Governing law & future entity changes

13.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and disputes are subject to its courts.
13.2 RCA may assign these Terms to a successor entity (including one outside the UK) with 30 days’ email notice; your rights under any active refund window remain unchanged.
